Easter 2020

Although we couldn’t celebrate with extended family, we had a fun Easter celebration. The kids woke up excited and saw that the Endows had been given Amazon gift cards and the Easter Bunny left them a clue to where he hid the baskets:

But first, the kids went to the backyard to find the Easter eggs that Grandma Nish and Ron has his the night before. I was on a FaceTime call with Grandma Nish and thought I was recording the kids finding the eggs, but what I really recorded was this:

Next, the kids hunted for their basket from the Easter Bunny:

The Easter Bunny gave them one big box to share that was filled with chocolate and pool toys:

Tanner and I usually don’t do baskets for the kids, but since this year’s pandemic has disrupted our lives, we did one. To make it extra fun, we locked up the baskets and the kids had to use the clues to figure out the lock combos:

They figured everything out pretty quickly, Jayden was probably the MVP as she figured out the correct order of the numbers in the last lock:

After some swim time in the pool, we dyed some eggs:

Pasta for dinner and Easter 2020 was over. The kids said it was their best Easter. Cheers!
