Desert Aire 2012

Chase was sad to leave Port Townsend on May 23rd~

However, he liked riding on the ferry boat - especially since he always kept his eye out for one crossing the waters while he was at Papa and Grandma's house~

This was Jayden's first ferry ride~

When we got to the Seattle side, Bigej picked us up and after getting another car we were on our way to the Bigejs home in Desert Aire. Jayden spent a lot of time hanging out on the floor with Kylie~ 

Chase spent a lot of time being mischievous with Kendall~ 

Hillary is always such a gracious host. Planning/shopping for groceries and making delicious meals for us~ 

It was especially fun because the Hutchins came too~ 

The kids were so cute in their pjs watching a movie~

Chase loves to play with Jayden's ears - a trait inherited from his father~ 

In exchange for the guys going off to golf, they watched the kids one day so the ladies could visit the Cave B winery near the Gorge. It was a beautiful day and we had fun wine tasting and picnicking on the patio~ 

Hillary packed us a fabulous lunch of prosciutto, cheese, crackers, veggies and more~ 

One of the highlights was having a fire outside and making smores~ 

It was a wonderful trip! We had such a great time in Washington with all our family and friends.

Rhody Run 2012

Another year, another Rhody Run - 12k - 7.56 miles~

 

I participated this year - it's been a long time. I mostly walked~

Carnival Time - 2012

We went to the carnival held in Memorial Stadium on Thursday evening. Chase had a blast! This was the first year that he truly appreciated the rides and activities. He loved this ball pit and we tried not to think of all the germs~




Chase also enjoyed this atv ride that went around in circles~

After the carnival, Jayden visited with her cousin June who’s six months older~
